HP launches new version of the TouchSmart, a tablet PC called the HP TocuhSmart tm2 Notebook. With a twist of the screen, you can switch between laptop and tablet PCs.

Buffalo is launching an external burner for Blu-ray, CD and DVD which is able to burn Blu-ray discs at 8x speed. This is an interesting alternative for those who want to take big backups on disks. A disc can hold 50GB.

The external device called Buffalo Blu-ray External and connects to your computer via USB 2.0. It handles most CD and DVD formats and burn Blu-ray discs at 8x speed. For CD and DVD is the maximum speed limits up to 32x and 16x.
